You sit there and wait for at least 5+ minutes to get a green light and when the light <br />finally turns .... ONE car can make it through to north River Road before the light is changing. That means that generally if 2 or 3 cars try to make it <br />through the light one of them is full on turning at a red light. But if you dont try to push it through the light and risk the red you can be sitting there <br />for 10+ minutes waiting to make a turn. It is very very frustrating and it doesnt do it during the actual day hours as I can go there at 4, 6, 8, 10 pm <br />and it stays long enough for several cars to make it through. Really this needs to be addressed as the weather is getting worse. We are going to end <br />up having an accident at that intersection because 15 second lights cause impatience.
