I
checked with the PIC staff and all of the permits have been finaled. Thanks.

Mark Schoening, P.E.

City Engineer

City of Eugene

Public Works Engineering

(541) 682-5243

From: Hecker Steve [mailto:shecker@u.washington.edu]
Sent: Monday, November 28, 2011 7:47 AM
To: SCHOENING Mark A; Len and Laura; Michael Boutette; JTs Bobcat Service
Cc: Kim Kimberly
Subject: Fwd: Statement and invoices from JT's Bobcat Service

Mark, JT, and Neighbors-
I'm hoping to take care of this with one message rather than going back and forth with each of you. Mark, as
you can see JT's work has been completed on the storm line and hook-up to the city line on Friendly St. The
invoice below is for the full amount $13,803. Our understanding was that the city would contribute $4500,
$1500 per household. Is this invoice sufficient to do that or does JT need to bill you separately and directly?
Subtracting $4500 from $13,803 leaves $9,303. Dividing by 3 gives each household owing $3,101. If you each
would make your check for that amount to JT's Bobcat Service, I will put them together and send them to JT.

Mark, the individual hook-ups will be taking place over the next weeks or months. Thanks for helping us with
this. We were very pleased with JT's work and would highly recommend him for similar work.
Steve

Steven Hecker
541-954-1161
shecker@uw.edu

1
