<br />by the terms of the Vietnam Era Veterans Readjustment Assistance Act, and is committed to <br />take affirmative action to employ and advance in employment qualified disabled veterans and <br />veterans of the Vietnam Era. <br /> <br />13. The contractor will include the provisions of this clause in every subcontract or purchase order <br />of $10,000 or more unless exempted by rules, regulations, or orders of the Secretary issued <br />pursuant to the Act, so that such provisions will be binding upon each subcontractor or <br />vendor. The contractor will take such action with respect to any subcontract or purchase <br />order as the Director of the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs may direct to <br />enforce such provisions, including action for non-compliance. <br /> <br />Right to Inspect <br /> <br />The City of Eugene, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development, the <br />Comptroller General of the United States, or any of their duly authorized representatives, shall <br />have access to any books, documents, papers and records of the contractor which are directly <br />pertinent to this agreement for the purpose of making audit, examination, excerpts, and <br />transcriptions. <br /> <br />Clean Air and Federal Water Pollution Control Act <br /> <br />The parties agree to comply with all applicable standards, orders, or regulations issued pursuant to <br />the Clean Air Act of 1970 (42 USC Section 1857 et seq) and the Federal Water Pollution Control <br />Act (33 USC Section 1251 et seq) as amended. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
