E -8 CERTIFICATE — A <br />CERTIFICATION OF BIDDER REGARDING EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY <br />Instructions <br />This certification is required pursuant to Executive Order 11246 (30 F. R. 12319 -25).
