PREFACE <br />The "Davis -Bacon Wage Determinations" and the Oregon Bureau of <br />Labor and Industries (SOLI) "Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works <br />Contracts in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR and federal <br />Davis -Bacon Act" apply to this Project. <br />The wage rate and fringe benefits listed in this "Davis -Bacon Wage <br />Determinations for Highway Construction Projects" shall be paid <br />unless a higher wage rate and fringe benefits is listed in the <br />Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries (BOLI) "Prevailing Wage Rates <br />for Public Works Contracts in Oregon subject to BOTH the State PWR <br />and federal Davis -Bacon Act ", in which case, the higher wage rate <br />and fringe benefits shall be paid (see ORS 279C.838) . The BOLI <br />publication is a separate document and is incorporated into this <br />Project by reference. <br />
