We will need to purchase a full version of NWSCentral signal software that will <br />be at least $5,000 and Northwest Signal is the only company that can provide it for us. Since it is at the $5,000 limit, I <br />am contacting Purchasing on recommendations on how I should proceed with this purchase. Let me know how <br />
