In that agreement, NEDCO agreed to provide Lane County with documentation of the <br />City of Eugene's formal acceptance or intent to accept the road. Please consider this letter as the City of <br />Eugene's intent to accept jurisdiction of Mimi Street, which is under Lane County's jurisdiction. <br />City of Eugene will begin the formal acceptance process. The first step is to list Mimi Street in Exhibit <br />"A" - County Roads to be Surrendered, an attachment included in the Intergovernmental Agreement <br />(IGA) for operational maintenance.
