the purpose of extending the Closing. Post-closing Addenda or Addenda issued during <br />an Informal Solicitation shall provide all potential Offerors with a reasonable period <br />of time and opportunity to respond to the Addenda. <br />P-MOWO <br />6.9. <br />RECLOSING ODIFICATION OF FFERS AND ITHDRAWAL OF FFERS <br />6.9 .1M. <br /> A Bid or Proposal once submitted may be modified in writing by <br />ODIFICATIONS <br />the Offeror prior to the time and date set for Solicitation Closing. Any modifications <br />shall be prepared on the company's letterhead, signed by an authorized representative <br />of the Offeror, and shall state that the new document supersedes or modifies the prior <br />Offer. It is the Offeror 's responsibility to ensure that the modification is received by <br />the city prior to the date and time established for Solicitation Closing. The <br />modification should be delivered in an envelope that is clearly marked with the <br />Offeror’s name, the Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposals number, the project <br />name, if any, the date and time of Solicitation Closing, and identified as a “Bid <br />Modification” or “Proposal Modification.” <br />6.9 .2WPSC. <br />ITHDRAWALS RIOR TO OLICITATION LOSING <br />(a) Offers may be withdrawn by written notification on company letterhead signed <br />by an authorized representative of the Offeror and received prior to the date and <br />time established for the Solicitation Closing. It is the Offeror’s responsibility to <br />ensure that the withdrawal is delivered to the city in an envelope that is clearly <br />marked with the Offeror’s name, the Invitation to Bid or Request for Proposals <br />number, the project name, if any, the date and time of Solicitation Closing, and <br />identified as “Bid Withdrawal” or “Proposal Withdrawal.” <br />(b) Withdrawn Bids and Proposals shall be returned to the Offeror unopened. <br />RM. <br />6.10 <br />ESPONSIVENESS AND ISTAKES <br />6.10 .1RD. <br /> A“Responsive Bid” or “Responsive Proposal” means a <br />ESPONSIVENESS EFINED <br />Bid or Proposal that substantially complies with the Invitation to Bid or Request for <br />Proposals and all prescribed Procurement procedures and requirements. <br />6.10 .2 DC. <br /> The city may not consider for award an <br />ISQUALIFICATION FROM ONSIDERATION <br />Offeror whose Bid or Formal Proposal is not Responsive. <br />6.10 .3LB,LWLM. <br />ATEIDSATEITHDRAWALS AND ATE ODIFICATIONS <br />6.10 .3 .1 Defined. <br /> Any Offer received after the time and date set for Closing in the <br />Solicitation Documents is late. Any request for withdrawal or modification of a <br />Bid or Proposal received after the Closing is late. <br />6.10 .3 .2 Disposition. <br /> Late offers, late modifications, or late withdrawals shall not be <br />considered.
