Willamette Street will be closed to northbound traffic <br />between 46th Avenue and Crest Drive. Northbound traffic on Willamette Street will be detoured at <br />th <br />46 Avenue to Donald Street. Northbound through traffic can take Donald Street to its intersection <br />nd <br />at Willamette Street at 32 Avenue and then continue north on Willamette Street. <br />One lane of Willamette Street remains open for southbound traffic between Crest Drive and <br />th <br />46 Avenue, although motorists may encounter occasional brief delays. All streets east of <br />thth <br />Willamette between Crest Drive and 46 Avenue except 40 Avenue are closed at Willamette. On <br />thth <br />the west side of Willamette Street, 35 and 36 avenues are closed at Willamette; use Crest Drive <br />thth <br />or 37 Avenue to Willamette Street southbound to 40 Avenue to Donald Street to go north. <br />During the first phase of repairs, crews from Wildish Construction reconstructed Willamette <br />th <br />Street between 29 Avenue and Crest Drive.
