Prior to that pavement preservation project, the City will, as part of the "2010 PPP Storm <br />Rehabilitation Project", construct a wastewater connection in Hawkins Lane at 2638 Hawkins Lane. The <br />wastewater improvements will include construction of a wastewater manhole (#19231), 8" PVC waste <br />water line, and associated curb and gutter removal and replacement (hereinafter collectively referred to <br />as "the 2638 Hawkins Lane Wastewater Improvements"). The 2638 Hawkins Lane Wastewater <br />Improvements will serve your approved 11-lot residential development "St John's Wood."
