Prior to that pavement preservation project, the City will as part of the "2010 PPP Storm
Rehabilitation Project", construct stormwater improvements in 13l' Avenue at 740 East 1-3th Avenue. The
stormwater improvements will include construction of a 12" PVC connection to existing storm manhole
57273, removal of existing storm bubbler 57097, installation of a catch basin, installation of a 8" PVC
stub, and associated burb and gutter removal and replacement (hereinafter collectively referred to as
"the 740- E. 13th Storm water Improvements"). The 740 E.13t" Stormwater Improvements will serve First
LEED's proposed mixed-used, multi-family development "The Danville." Since the cutting of street
surfaces to install utilities is prohibited for a period of five years from the time that a street is resurfaced,
construction of the 740 E. 13th StormiWater Improvements as part of the 2010 PPP Storm Rehabilitation
Project (and prior to. the pavement preservation project ).will provide for the orderly extension of public
utilities needed to serve The Danville, while minimizing First LEED's need to disturb new pavement.
Based on extra work negotiations with the Contractor for the 2010 PPP Storm Rehabilitation Project,
Eugene Sand Construction, the City estimates' that it will incur the following costs to construct the 740
E. 13th Stormwater improvements:
740 East 13th Avenue Stormwater Imorovements
Description Quantity Unit $/Unit: Total
Removal of Catch Basin ,
1
EA
$300.00
$300.00
Catch.
