This reimbursement documentation is for $54,265.53, <br />for the period October 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. Services provided <br />include seed purchase and mixing, grow-out contract management, and <br />submission of Seeds of Success forms and a plant materials summary report. <br />This is the first expenditure drawing from the $76,010.00 awarded to this <br />agreement on August 16, 2010. This drawdown leaves $21,744.47 remaining <br />funds for future use. <br />Please find the appropriate SF 270 forms attached.
