This reimbursement documentation is for $54,265.53,
for the period October 1, 2010 through March 31, 2011. Services provided
include seed purchase and mixing, grow-out contract management, and
submission of Seeds of Success forms and a plant materials summary report.
This is the first expenditure drawing from the $76,010.00 awarded to this
agreement on August 16, 2010.
