Filing of a qualification questionnaire before bidding will not be required. Contingent or <br />conditional bids will not be considered for acceptance. No bid will be received or considered unless the bid contains a statement <br />by the bidder that provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.870. This project is a public works improvement project and is subject <br />to ORS279C.800 to 279C.870. <br />Bidders are required to submit a first-tier subcontractor disclosure form, substantially as described in ORS 279C.370, prior to the <br />Bid Closing Date and time.
