Any misuse of or willful failure to return a Eugene Airport <br />issued identification badge is subject to criminal prosecution. <br /> Airport keys will be issued only to individual after presenting a signed request form from their manager <br />requesting keys be issued. We can no longer accommodate “group” issues. Employees are responsible <br />for the keys issued to them and will be charged $25 for the replacement of lost/stolen keys.
