LCOG <br />LANE COUNCIL OF GOVERNMENTS <br />April 28, 2011 <br />Mark Schoening <br />City Engineer <br />Eugene Public Works <br />Mark; <br />You received an invoice for services provided by LCOG during the January- March 2011 quarter <br />Although the services were provided under the Public Works contract, only one of the two services was <br />directly related to the usual Local Improvement District hearings. <br />On the billing report that accompanies the invoice, you will see that there are charges for hearings <br />official work by Milo Mecham. Those charges all relate to the Crest Neighborhood hearing and decision <br />(Job # 4546, Contract 2009 -30). This task has been completed. <br />There are also charges for Hearings Official work by Gary Darnielle. This work related to an SDC appeal <br />that Gary processed this quarter.
