In April 2010, the City submitted a reimbursement <br />request for $12,944.57 for work done under Tasks 1 (Northwest Forest <br />Enhancement Project) and 4 (Tree Trimming). Since that time additional work was <br />conducted under Task 1: Northwest Forest Enhancement Project. This work <br />consisted of a second round of manual invasive species removal, a round of <br />chemical weed control, and some contract management time to oversee this <br />work. No additional work was performed under Tasks 2, 3 or 4. <br />The City of Eugene Parks and Open Space Division is seeking reimbursement for <br />the Landscaping Services described above. The attached invoice details the <br />expenses for Task 1. All costs to date are below the not to exceed limits.
