<br />We are working through how to best protect lighting wiring from theft. Costs to protect wiring are not forecasted in this estimate.
<br />Will need to reconcile costs to increase the length of the field at SBMS. (COE cost should go down.)
<br />1. One acre (out of 2.31 acres) of mitigation at Jeff/ATA shared by City at $50,000 per acre.
<br />2. We still hold $82,000 on the Sprinturf contract for Cal Young and Madison. We are holding $59,000 for 10 years of maintenance
<br />on the four high school fields as a negotiated settlement for liquidated damages. Upon replacement of the turf at the high schools,
<br />we would probably release some, or all of the $59,000. We also hold $10,000 for some sitework, which is complete. Finally
<br />we are holding $13,000 until Sprinturf supplies acceptable warranties for the Cat Young and Madison fields. Part (or all) of these
<br />costs will likely billed at a much later date.
