She tracks POS donations. The donations are received and deposited out at POS/PW M <br />Carrie lets me know of specific donations. The Parks Maintenance Fund has several projects set up that tie to specific donations. <br />Hendricks Park is one of those. Any money donated to Hendricks Park will end up being spent out of Hendricks Donation Projects <br />capital account 925212 (add this # to Lacey's account code string on the expense side). <br />Carrie can fill you in on any gaps I may have missed. <br />9/12/2005 <br />
