Many unknown variables can exist and could affect the Customers destructive <br />results. <br />Customer understands and acknowledges that'GPR DATA, LLC reserves-the right to stop or postpone work on Customer's <br />project if payments are not made in a'timelymanner. If collection efforts are,required to enforcethis agreement, <br />customer will be'required to pay all collectiorrcostS_1If'a lawsuit is filedu enforce this agreement, the prevailing party <br />shall be entitled to attorney fees and costs at trial and on appeal. <br />Customer understands and acknowledges that GPR DATA, LLC reserves the right to. charge interest, at the rate of 18%-per <br />year compounded monthly in the event that Customer does not fulfill its payment agreement with GPR11DATA, LLC. <br />i <br />
