Hagen Easement Agreement <br />Your Easement Agreement with Giustina Land & Timber Co. for access to the <br />Mt. Hagen communications site expires on April 30, 2010. <br />We would like to amend the Agreement and give you the opportunity to renew <br />the agreement for one additional five -year period. The fee for the renewal <br />period will be $304.16 ($250.00 plus 4% compounded annually over the first <br />five -year period). The fee is payable coincidentally with the execution of <br />this letter. Execution and payment will extend the Agreement an additional <br />five years commencing April 30, 2010 and expiring on April 29, 2015. All <br />other terms and conditions of the Agreement remain unchanged. If you find <br />that you will have needs beyond the expiration date of this five -year <br />renewal term, please contact our office on or about March 1, 2015.
