B~
0
WEISS Carolyn J
From:
HOSTICK Robin A
Sent:
Tuesday, September 04, 2007 5:28 PM
To:
STEFFEN Adam R
Cc:
WEISS Carolyn J
Subject:
Walnut Grove Budget Summary
Hi Adam - I got the revised budget summary for initials and saw that the total listed under "funding sources" was
$200,316.96 in SDC's.
The project budget currently includes the following:
98 Bond (fund 321): $73,401.80
SDC (fund 336): $53,900.00
total $127,301.80
The proposed funding (which should be moved shortly) to cover the project as shown in the estimate, should be:
98 Bond (fund 321): $73,401.80
SDC (fund 336): $126,915.16
total $200,316.96
I talked to Lynn last week and she said it would be OK to fix this by hand on our form. That's done and it's going around
for signatures.
Not to confuse the current budget summary, but FYI we're actually recommending transferring a total of around $155k of
SDC's (covering the $126,915 needed for the Phase 1 budget summary and then some), bringing the total for Walnut
Grove to $282,302.80. This approximately matches the number shown on the latest "total project" estimate, which will
cover Phase 1 and also leave about $85k for additional work next season. The funding has been identified for the
transfer.
Thanks,
Robin Alan Hostick, ASLA
Principal Landscape Architect
City of Eugene
Parks & Open Space Planning
1820 Roosevelt Blvd.
Eugene, OR 97402
tel. 541.682.4915
fax 541.682.4882
