We plan to follow a format of previous contract language already approved to ease the process and speed things up for adding these other radio sites. Our plan is to use the same format and language that has already been approved through our city attorney's office on previous contracted site to expedite the process. We do not have this completed yet but we would like to fast track this a bit once it is completed, I. E. my email. If there is any other background information that you may need to help us with this please let us know in advance so we can be prepared. I appreciate your assistance in this important project.
