With the purchase, <br />the City inherited existing tenant leases. The current tenants are G Group, LLC and Specialty <br />Panel Products USA, Inc. <br />In March of 2006, Specialty Panel Products extended their commercial lease agreement with <br />the City of Eugene. The lease agreement expired on February 29, 2009. This new commer, <br />lease agreement extends the current lease with Specialty Panel Products USA, Inc. for one y <br />through February 28, 2010 but has a renewal term of two additional one-year extensions.
