At the <br />conclusion of the work of Phase 1/1A, the selected site locations for two new fields are Spencer Butte and <br />Jefferson. This proposal is. for the A and E services to complete the design, bid/procure the work, and <br />construction administration services. <br />Project Overview <br />The preferred locations of the fields are: <br />Jefferson, Option C <br />■ 68 yard field <br />■ 6 or 8 lane metric track as an additive alternate <br />■ E-W field orientation <br />■ Locate near existing buildings (displaces existing track and natural turf field) <br />■ Provide new paths to existing ROW and/or parking lot <br />■ Provide four pole field lighting system <br />Spencer Butte, Option A <br />■ 68 yard field <br />■ No track <br />■ E-W field orientation <br />■ Locate on middle terrace, east of existing track (do not modify existing track) <br />■ Provide new paths to existing pavement <br />■ Provide four pole field lighting system <br />The project will begin with an abbreviated DD phase. The purpose of the phase is to confirm the scope of work <br />for the improvements. The Construction Documents phase will include a separate procurement package to select <br />the synthetic turf system through an RFP process. The selected turf system will procured and installed separately, <br />but concurrently from the remainder of the work. <br />The intent of the DD phase is to evaluate and resolve the following issues: <br />
