I would continue to budget the $10K for FY12 revenue.
44919: truss repairs are repaid (as of Dec) and so rental income will begin being deposited into the regular capital fund
split in January. I would estimate 50% of the yearly amount for FY11, so $15K. For FY12, no change in leases or rent, so
$40K would be my recommendation for next FY.
Let me know if you have any questions or want more detail.
Lacey
From: SMITH Tammy D
Sent: Monday, January 24, 2011 10:51 AM
To: RISDAL Lacey L; AANDERUD Kris; LEGAT Sandi E
Subject: Fund 341 EE Revenues and FY12 Budget POS/MNT
Importance: High
Hi Lacey, Sandi, and Kris;
It is time for that annual question on the following revenues for Fund 341 General Road Capital:
FY11
Budqet YTD EE
FY12
Budqet
44919
Rental - Land &
Building
$30,000
$0
15,000 C
410 ,060
45789
LSP- Tree Plant Fees
$10,000
$4,443
It, qq3
Io,vUo
Below is last year's response.
k
Thank you,
Tammy Smith, x5834
Public Works Administration - Finance is now located at 101 East Broadway 3rd Floor.
From: RISDAL Lacey L
Sent: Tuesday, February 23, 2010 11:24 AM
To: SMITH Tammy D; AANDERUD Kris; LEGAT Sandi E; RISDAL Lacey L
Subject: RE: Fund 341 EE Revenues and FY11 Budget POS/MNT
Tammy,
Yes, the rental revenue coming from the leases at 77 Garfield is being used to repay the truss issues we had in the big
warehouse. It should be repaid by July or August of 2010, so no more revenue is expected to be posted to the normal
funds in FY10, and FY11 will only be approx 2 months short. So it looks like you can bump up your FY11 budgeted
revenue to approx $30K at a rough guess.
