It's my understanding that the final <br />replants were completed yesterday and the maintanence period is now complete. I would like <br />to submit a final billing for 100% completion including all remaining retainage. Do I need <br />to formally submit something to the City or is the final payment automatically released? <br />Also, I would like to collect all interest that has been accrued on the retainage for the <br />entire project as per my request on 7/31/08 (see below email).
