Anson Berg <br />Apparently Berg mistakenly signed the easement, but it should have been signed by the city (Dennis) since we <br />are the owners. I guess the one he signed will acknowledge that he reviewed and approved it. I will route an <br />unsigned easement to Dennis for execution. I believe the plan was for you to go ahead and deposit the check <br />at this time to allow funds to clear while we route the easement, but will ask Johnny to confirm?
