This contract was put in place in August 2005 with an end date of June 30, 2006. <br />Second Quarter FY 06 Services Provided <br />Mitigation Bank TA <br />• Took notes at six mitigation bank site assessments. <br />• Put site assessment notes together and revised based on staff input. <br />• Took notes at FOG work session <br />• Peters Property MIP <br />• Updated Existing Conditions site plan <br />• Modified site map for use in new farm lease agreement. <br />Resource Development (Grant Writing) <br />• Wrote narrative, developed supporting maps, and submitted OWEB grant application for upland <br />prairie restoration at Dragonfly Bend. <br />• Wrote narrative, developed supporting maps, and submitted ODFW Bird Stamp grant application for <br />upland prairie restoration at Dragonfly Bend. <br />WEW Annual Report <br />• Attended Wetheads meeting to identify items to be included in the 2005 Annual Report <br />• Worked with WEW partner staff to get information to be included in report <br />• Wrote draft report <br />• Updated report graphics and identified photos for report <br />General Parks and Open Space Technical Assistance <br />• Developed flyover video clip for use in citizen outreach and conferences <br />• Updated WEW ownership and facilities map <br />Direct Expenses: <br />• Federal Express (grants) <br />• Travel (site assessments) <br />99 EAST BROADWAY, SUITE 400, EUGENE, OREGON 9740 1 -3 1 1 1 www.Icog, org (541) 682-4283 <br />
