PERSONAL SERVICES CONTRACT <br />Professional Consulting <br />BETWEEN: <br />AND: <br />Contract No.: <br />The City of Eugene, an Oregon. <br />Municipal Corporation <br />Environmental Solutions, LLC <br />2006-05414 <br />This contract is being established per the terms and conditions'of Personal Services <br />Master Contract master contract #2003-00234 dated April 17, 2003, between the <br />City of Eugene (City) and Environmental Solutions, LLC. (Contractor). <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to the attached scope of work as outlined herein <br />and the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Project Description: to conduct a wetland delineation for the Coyote Prairie <br />mitigation bank site along Cantrell Road in west Eugene, as described in the <br />attached scope of work.
