We are interested in extending the contract for Hendricks Park #2000-00412 (your agreement #375442) for <br />another year. Michael Robert, contract manager, has completed the UO Federal Work-Study Renewal <br />Request for FY 03-04 (in duplicate) which has been sent to you in the mail. There is a change in the <br />signature block for our side, as the Division Manager, Johnny Medlin, is authorized to sign. (It won't have to <br />go to our Public Works Director, Kurt Corey, as it did in past years.) The signature block would be as follows: <br />Johnny R. Medlin, Director <br />Parks and Open Space Division <br />2. d also see a contract for the Stream Team #2003-5301 (your agreement #376941) in which the contracf <br />manager, Lorna Baldwin, did express an interest in extending. (This would have the same new signature <br />block.) <br />I am the contract administrator now for Public Works Parks & Open Space and for Public Works Maintenance. <br />(Cela Weiss is still working here, but her duties have been shifted away from"contracts.)
