What I think should happen is a BJE to move <br />appropriation in Fund 324 and then AJE expenditures from 311 to 324 and then make the not roll column (green) 0. This <br />would require rolling a negative project balance in FY07, but would be fixed in FY08 by the attached journals, if everyone <br />approves and it makes sense.
