As <br />with all PSF journals, the operating side (011-9620 side) will be giving back the cost of Robin's time of salary + fringe only, <br />and the capital project side will be a charge of his time using his PSF rate (and the revenue recovery for 632 as well). This is not a <br />problem. <br />As far as the NMG funding, I don't see $5K of capital moved into this capital project. I also don't see $5K of operating <br />money moved into your 9620 budget either. Do you know if this was supposed to be capital or operating, and also where it <br />was to come from? I do remember some money being discussed for W. University that is general capital, but all of that <br />has been appropriated to the project to-date ($60,152.90) and I don't recall if $5K of that was specifically for NMG or not. <br />If you have more information, I'll research it further, <br />Lacey <br />From: HOSTICK Robin A <br />Sent: Monday, February 25, 2008 10:45 AM <br />To: RISDAL Lacey L <br />Cc: WEISS Carolyn J <br />Subject: Ferndale Hours <br />Hey Lacey I just tallied up my hours for Ferndale Park prior to the establishment of the new GJN. These hours would <br />have been assigned to our default general fund resources (as with other un-funded projects). Can we retro-actively <br />charge a total of 32 hours the Ferndale GJN (4547) to recover the funds? <br />I also was wondering I the $5k from the NMG funds for West University were transferred.
