The park monitoring program was established by an Intergovernmental Agreement dated March, <br />2002 . It is intended to identify impacts to Alton Baker Park resulting from events at Autzen Stadium and <br />to provide for mitigation of those impacts. <br />This year's expenses are entirely related to personnel costs. The 2003 season expenses of $3,172.00 are <br />considerably lower than the 2002 and 2001 season expenses due to efficiencies and a streamlined <br />process.
