The park monitoring program was established by an Intergovernmental Agreement dated March, <br />2002. It is intended to identify impacts to Alton Baker Park resulting from events at Autzen Stadium and <br />to provide for mitigation of those impacts. <br />This year's'expenses are entirely related to personnel costs. The 2004 season expenses of $2,278.00 are <br />considerably lower than previous season expenses due to continued efficiencies and a streamlined <br />process.
