It is standards on most State contracts and some
multi-jurisdictional agreements. I don't know if there is anything to document if it goes
to them for review or not. I would check in with Jeff Lankston to ask him if he believes
it needs attorney review. It would be a PWM expense that Jeff would have to authorize.
Kris
-----Original Message-----
From: MOULTON Debbie M
Sent: Thursday, November 06, 2008 7:09 AM
To: AANDERUD Kris
Subject: Emailing: 2004-00412Contract.pdf
Importance: High
I'm getting ready to renew this "old" contract. I notice that the City Attorney did NOT
sign it. The "new" contract is the same signatures, etc. Can it go without the City
Attorney's signature since he didn't sign the "old" one? Or do I need to get it this
time? Thx!
10 X~
