We should list an Ex D, our LM 21.130 provisions. We have the <br />City's standard provisions at Ex A, but not ours. Then, under paragraph 9, which refers to Ex A, we need to change that to <br />read "The parties shall comply with the respective standard contract provisions, at Ex A and Ex D" or words similar to that. <br />I know that we typically don't do work for the City under this agreement, but it is a two way agreement, and if we did do any <br />work as the contract allows, we should have our 21.130 provisions attached. <br />Let me know if questions. <br />
