The planned unit development approval was granted for a 255-lot residential <br />subdivision with public streets and alleys and associated infrastructure, enhanced wetland <br />preservation areas as well as privately and commonly held conservation zones, on Tax Lot 302 of <br />Assessor's Map 18-04-11-00, which is zoned R-1/PD Low Density Residential with Planned Unit <br />Development overlay. A legal description of the subject property is attached as Exhibit "A". <br />The use and development of the above property is governed by the terms and conditions of that <br />Performance Agreement and the attached plans and specifications made by and between said <br />parties.
