i • <br />AMENDMENT NO. 1 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2006-00413 <br />-D~c,-,A""+ 'I-c) <br />J:~.c~ ~ it I ~0 <br />This Amendment is made to the Lease Contract dated January 1, 2006, between the City of <br />Eugene (City) and Eugene School District 4J. <br />The parties mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Eugene School District 4J has made changes to the property being leased by the City of <br />Eugene. The City agrees to continue to lease space at the Civic Site with the following <br />modifications to the contract. <br />2. Occupancy. The Civic Site premises which the Licensee shall be entitled to use <br />are those shown in the amended crosshatched area on attached Exhibit A. The subject <br />area has 23,000 square feet of fenced land. <br />3. License Fee. The basic license fees shall be $xxx.xx per month beginning <br />January 1, 2007. The lease fee is payable in advance on the first day of each month. <br />Payments shall be sent to Eugene School District 4J, Facilities Management, 715 W 4cn <br />Avenue, Eugene OR 97402. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />Robert J.
