These <br />are actual agreements between the City and developers or individuals. As such, I have assigned contract #2006-00414 to <br />this agreement. Upon your return of a copy of the recorded document, I will attach a contract cover sheet and retui it to <br />you for contract filing. <br />If you could let me know when this has been recorded, I would appreciate it.
