On March 8 we returned the <br />agreement to Mr. Smith to be recorded, but to date, we do not have a copy of this recorded document for our files. I did <br />some research on RLID and I did not find that the agreement has been recorded. It is possible that I missed it in my <br />search, but I think we should follow-up with Mr. Smith. <br />I would also like to have another discussion about recording these documents. Do we - as Public Works - care if <br />documents are recorded? Does PDD need the recorded document to continue with a permit process for the deve <br />Who should record the document? The developer (as required by the current contract) or the City with a charge-1 <br />the costs incurred? <br />When I look back at the contract files, I find that we have a copy of the recorded document in only about 1/2 the <br />others have a copy of-the contract document.
