He said that your agreement looks good, except that I should m, <br />format changes that I mentioned. I took the easy way out and simply changed the contract mast (heading) on YOUR c <br />that it matches our City contracts. I am forwarding the Storm Drainage Maintenance Agreement (as corrected) and Ex <br />to you. Please print 2 copies of this document with exhibits attached and have both signed and notarized. Then either <br />mail or deliver the 2 copies to me and I will continue our process of having the Public Works Maintenance Director sigr <br />documents with his signature also be notarized. <br />I will then return 1 original document back to you with a recording authorization form which will give you directions for <br />document recorded. I am happy to walk you through the entire process if you need further assistance. Once recorde <br />original recorded document must be returned to us and we will make the necessary copies and return the original doc <br />you for safe-keeping. <br />Please do not hesitate to call me directly if you have further questions.
