The Contract Sum will not exceed $150,000 and is based an hourly <br />FA sai W4832 rate supplied during the public bidding process. <br />IWA.IUGt R 04 G07; PARi:S <br />This work is being funded by a grant from the National Oceanic and <br />Atmospheric Administration (Contract# 2010- 05403) using American <br />Reinvestment and Recovery Act funding. All costs will be reimbursed by <br />NOAA, hence there is no cost associated with this project to the City. <br />Work under the Contract #2011-05406 will be charged to GJN 100019. <br />Work under the NOAA Vegetation Management Services could start as <br />early as November 29th with your approval, and may continue through <br />August 31, 2012 or until the funds are used up. <br />I Please initial or sign the attached copies of the amendment as indicated <br />near the "Sign and Date" stickers, and return to Kris Aanderud at PWM /POS <br />(X4966). <br />Attachments: <br />1.
