I only found a copy (plus a note that shows Mary Feldman sent the original back to Webb on 7/6), just as I have <br />a copy in my file and you have a copy in your file. Lane County will not record the copied document. <br />I have a couple of thoughts. First, is it possible that Webb may have sent the original agreement back to Amazon <br />Meadows, LLC? If not, we will have to start again and get signatures (notarized) and then have the document recorded. <br />Would you like to contact representatives from Amazon Meadows since you have been dealing with this and explain the <br />situation? <br />Beg our forgiveness... you may certainly say that due to staff changeover, there has been an oversight. I apologize for this <br />inconvenience, but I cannot process that which I do not have. Please let me know if you would like me to contact Amazon <br />Meadows or if I can be of further assistance on this one.
