Hagen fire road contract... <br />Importance: High <br />Daniel and Carlos, <br />We mailed the contract with Giustina for fire road access on Mt. Hagen (2005-00422) out to them on 6/6/05. 1 spoke with <br />Giustina today and Mark Giustina was kind enough to inform me that they have some concerns with the contract and their <br />lawyer is in the process of making some changes. I mentioned to him that with the end of the FY, we needed to get the <br />contract back relatively soon or we were going to have to rework things a little bit on our end. He told me that he would <br />speak with the lawyer and try and get things moving forward. <br />I'm concerned that we won't be able to get this done in this FY.
