(dba T&M Tow, Inc.), will <br />allows the City to continue to utilize the existing contract with T&M Tow, Inc., while avoiding an <br />Workers Comp. insurance issue with the original contract. Crockett is using T&M as a shell company <br />and has transferred T&M payroll and HR to Crockett. The insurance certificates are now all in the name <br />of Crockett instead of T&M and this Amendment covers the change.
