AMENDMENT NO.2 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2005-00407 <br />This Amendment is made to thetrade services contract dated December 1, 2004, between the City of <br />Eugene (City) and Crockett Interstate Towing (dba T&M Towing Inc.)
