AMENDMENT NO. 5 TO <br />City of Eugene Contract No. 2005-00407 <br />This Amendment is made to the trade services contract dated December 1, 2004, between the City of <br />Eugene (City) and Crockett Interstate Towing (dba T&M Towing, Inc.) (Contractor) for on-call towing <br />services for light duty vehicles. <br />City and Contractor mutually agree to amend the contract referenced above as follows: <br />Contract termination date shall be extended one year to 12/31/2009. <br />All other terms and conditions of this contract remain in full force and effect. <br />CITY OF EUGENE <br />~IL <br />By: <br />obert J.
