To date I have not received <br />either contract amendment back. The current contracts expired on December 31, 2005. At this time, we do not have a <br />valid contract in place to provide towing services for us. <br />Also note that when we do get the amendments back, they will need to be accompanied by current insurance certificates. <br />The insurance certificates on file show that their Commercial Liability and Automobile Liability insurance expires 1/31/2006. <br />Please let me know how you would like to proceed.
