Since we are related,- the <br />RJN Client and -Support Services division would like to continue to satisfy your infrastructure needs. Our <br />mission is clear -'to support CASS WORKS users' in all phases of database implementation, application, and <br />growth. We are committed to helping you achieve your objectives with CASS WORKS! In order to achieve this <br />goal, I need your help. <br />Our records indicate that your CASS WORKS Maintenance and Support Agreement will"expire on June 1, <br />2004. We have provided two copies of the CASS WORKS Maintenance and Support Agreement for your <br />inspection and approval. Please sign both copies of the agreement. Retain one copy for your records and mail <br />the other to RJN. <br />Also, included with this letter is an invoice that will allow you to renew your maintenance and ensure that your <br />support continues uninterrupted. <br />Why should you renew your Maintenance and Support Agreement? <br />The Benefits You Will Receive <br />• FREE Semiannual Module updates to your version of CASS WORKS. <br />• Unlimited Toll-Free Technical Support. You can talk to RJN Technical Support Representatives between <br />8:00 AM to 5:00 PM CST.
