IX. ENTIRE AGREEMENT <br />This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties, with respect to the. <br />subject matter hereof, and may not be contradicted by evidence of any prior or contemporaneous:. <br />agreement. This agreement may not be modified, in whole or in part, except in writing signed by <br />both parties. <br />X.
